The production of high-quality terminals begins with the rigorous selection of raw materials. Conductive materials are typically made of high-purity copper or copper alloys to ensure good conductivity and fatigue resistance, while insulating materials are mostly made of flame-retardant PA66 engineering plastics, which offer excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance.
1.The stamping process shapes metal sheets into the required form using molds. This stage determines the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the terminals, requiring high-precision stamping presses and molds to ensure consistent product quality across batches.
2.To enhance the terminals' oxidation resistance and conductivity, surface plating treatments such as tin plating, silver plating, or gold plating are typically performed. This step not only extends the terminal's lifespan but also improves its adaptability to complex environments.
3.The injection molding process is used to create the insulating shell of the terminals. This process requires precise control of temperature, pressure, and cooling time to avoid defects such as bubbles and deformation. High-quality molds and stable process parameters are essential for ensuring product quality.
4.After assembling the product by embedding the metal terminals into the injection-molded housing, a series of rigorous tests are performed, including contact resistance testing, insertion and extraction force testing, withstand voltage testing, and salt spray testing, to ensure the product meets relevant industry standards.
Product quality is the foundation of a company's reputation. We continuously improve product quality, from raw materials to production, training of production staff, and final product inspection, ensuring meticulous attention to every detail.
