The XCF-6 Fuse Terminal Block is a DIN rail mounted terminal block with an integrated fuse holder for electrical control panels, control circuits, and low-voltage power distribution applications.
It combines conductor termination with cartridge fuse installation in a compact modular housing. The fuse carrier allows the fuse-link to be accessed or replaced during electrical maintenance without removing the complete terminal block from the DIN rail.
The XCF-6 series can be supplied in standard and indicator-equipped configurations, subject to the confirmed product specification.
Key Features
Integrated Fuse Holder
The terminal block incorporates a fuse carrier for compatible cartridge fuse-links. The applicable fuse type, dimensions, rated voltage, and rated current should be selected according to the product specification.
DIN Rail Mounting
The XCF-6 is designed for mounting on compatible DIN rails used in industrial control cabinets and electrical equipment.
Screw-Clamp Wire Connection
The screw-clamp connection provides mechanical fixation of the connected conductor. The applicable conductor cross-section and tightening torque depend on the confirmed terminal design.
Modular Panel Installation
The terminal block can be installed as part of a modular terminal assembly. Adjacent installation, end stops, markers, jumpers, and other accessories can be configured according to the panel design.
Indicator Configuration
An LED indicator version can be supplied where specified. Indicator voltage, AC/DC compatibility, indication function, and replaceability should be confirmed for the selected model.

Applications
Industrial Control Panels
Used for circuit termination and fuse protection in electrical control cabinets where modular DIN rail components are required.
Machine Control Systems
Suitable for control circuits used in machine tools, automation equipment, and industrial machinery, subject to the required voltage, current, fuse type, and environmental conditions.
Process Automation Panels
Can be incorporated into PLC, instrumentation, and control panel wiring where individual fused circuits are required.
HVAC Control Panels
Applicable to electrical control panels for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment when the electrical ratings and environmental requirements match the selected configuration.
Power Distribution Assemblies
Can be used in low-voltage distribution and branch-circuit assemblies requiring individual fuse protection and modular terminal connections.
Customization and OEM/ODM
Customization is available according to the project specification and production requirements.
Housing and Identification
Custom housing colors, terminal markings, part numbers, and identification labels can be discussed for OEM projects.
Product Marking
Laser marking or other permanent identification methods can be used for model numbers, terminal identification, customer part numbers, or other approved markings.
DIN Rail Assemblies
Pre-assembled DIN rail modules can be supplied with compatible terminal blocks and accessories according to an approved electrical drawing or bill of materials.
Product Configuration
OEM projects can be reviewed for conductor size, fuse specification, indicator configuration, mounting arrangement, marking requirements, packaging, and other application-specific requirements.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
Manufacturing and inspection arrangements should be described according to the supplier's actual production capability and documented quality procedures.
Potential quality-control items for the XCF-6 series include:
• Incoming inspection of insulation materials and metal components
• Dimensional inspection of molded and stamped components
• Assembly inspection of fuse carriers and terminal components
• Electrical inspection according to the applicable product specification
• Verification of terminal clamping and mechanical assembly
• Final inspection before packaging
If the supplier has documented material tests, salt-spray tests, dimensional inspection data, electrical test reports, or certification records, the relevant standards and test conditions should be stated directly rather than using general claims such as "strict quality control" or "guaranteed reliability."
